Maxwell Comments on Other's Remixes
I wish you a speedy recovery, speedy as this great dance remix.
I find this track very hard to remix and you did it so well! It reminds me of some elctronic dance music of the 80's.
Good job.
Very original take on this track, sounds like a techno/industrial samba
. Love the intro and the way this mix develops. My only minor issue is that some sounds (PG voice and the piano keys) are a bit too loud and produce some distorsion, but that's all.

Cheers
Nice. The overall sound is excellent and the groove is very intriguing. The only downside for me is that the vocals are out of sync.
Well done though. keep them coming
No, no pain at all. It's just melancholic which is a good thing. The groove really works and the pitched vocals as well.
Great version.

Hey Tony, this is really a great version. The new chords take this track to a totally new direction and the arrangement is very well done too.
I like it a lot.
Awesome mix, it would be perfect for an underwater life's documentary with those great sounds swimming under the surface. The piano is terrific.
Very, very well done my friend.
Thank you all for stopping by and taking the time to comment this mix. It's always a pleasure sharing some music with all of you.
@Andreas - I fear that now Bono is green with the envy.
. In fact Joseph Arthur's vocals remind me of Bono in "The Fly" (from Achtung Baby) and that made me think of a U2-ish remix.
Finally I want to thank the one who enjoy himself giving zero (or very low) ratings to almost all the BBB remixes. Great job!
Great dance mix, enjoyable from the beginning to the end with those vocals from the old packs.
Love the break at 5:03.
The low-frequencies are not a joke too! My cheap headphones have been sorely tried with this great pumping mix.
Beautiful groove and fx.
Music of imagination. I like the way this mix develops. Nice guitar playing.
Great job.
Great energy. Love the break at 2:13 and the change on tone at 3:14.
I like very much the classy atmosphere you created, and it's nicely balanced too.
A newbie? What?
Wow! Crazy and funny remix. The changes on rhythm and genre are awesome. Beautifully played and arranged.
Keep them coming
Very nice, close to the original with a clever use of the files from the samplepack, especially the vocals.

Just curious: your mix is more than 6 minutes long. Is the upload limit still 4.5 mb?
Wow! A well deserved hotpick. It reminds me of some of Prince's early works. Great treatment of the vocals.
Very, very nice. The piano lines give the mix a real dramatic atmosphere. It also make me think of what we have done with our planet
Great mix, really a true LS classic at his best.
Ok, there's only one way out but there's no need to leave.I'm still dancing
Ah yes, really funny and enjoyable. Nice instruments, nice animals
. The only downside for me is the rhythm's choice; I would have preferred a C&W groove, maybe a trainbeat or something like that. It's a small detail but still doesn't take away the nice feel of this mix.
I like this one much more than the original. Great groove, nice percussion. Love the break at 3:00.
Susy, you did it very well. Keep them coming!
Amazing work.
A great new interpretation of the song rather than a simple remix, so clever and emotional. Love the pads, guitar and the fx running under the surface. Congrats also to Mikael for those beautiful piano lines (btw the piano sounds really fantastic).
For me the best version of this song so far. It's hard to believe this is not a hot pick.
P.S. About the "short" thing, what do you think about a "Reflect pt.2"?
Beautiful version. I like very much the instruments and the harmonies you choose. Really a pleasure to listen to.
A well deserved hot pick!
Oh, I've been away for a while and I missed some very interesting things here.
Susy, your mix is enjoyable and fresh; a well deserved nr. 1 I would say!
. Congrats also for your improvements with Garage Band.
I like it. A new, fresh approach to this song.
Thanks for sharing and keep up the nice work
This is really a beautiful version, even if you uploaded it by mistake. Nice chords.
Complimenti!
Nice. The only weak point is the lack of some variations (especially in the rhythmic part) but that is just a matter of personal taste, of course.
Pleasant and relaxing. I would have preferred some variations but it's still a nice version.
Keep them coming
Andreas, I like very much what you did here. It's an enjoyable remix, respectful and close to the original with some nice "hispanic" touches (I can hear also some vocals from "Kunlarin Sensiz"). And it's very well balanced too.
"Never say never". I'm so glad about that!

P.S. Don't worry about that 0; I think it's just a mistake clicking the mouse.
Very nice. I especially like the first and the final part with that Depeche Mode feel. Thanks for sharing it.
^^^^^
Cheers from another member of the italian colony up here!
Really enjoyable, uplifting one and inviting to dance along with
Happy new year to you too!
Really great, a pleasure to listen to.
Wonderful guitar! Did you use Logic plugins to process it?
Keep up the nice work
^^^^^
Nice. Close to the original with some interesting "classical" touches.
Like the French Horns a lot!
Agree with youyou. Although I'm not a big fan of electronic based music I find this mix is very intriguing and very well balanced.
Nice treatment of the sounds from the samplepack.

Well worth the wait!
Looks like an impressionist painting. Wonderful atmosphere, intimist and disturbing at the same time.

Congrats also for your technical improvements: it's nice the way you have accelerated the rhythm at 2:00 and 3:25.
Five Christmas stars for you!
Thank you all for the kind comments.
I love this place!
Beautiful soundscape. This would be great for a film indeed. Love the percussion starting at 2:18.
I love your interpretation of the song. Nice chords and instruments. I would have preferred just a bit less reverb on the vocals but it's still a lovely version.
Nice and respectful approach. I like the way you have underlined the acoustic feel of the song.
Keep up the good work Lino!
Very nice, a pleasure to listen to. In some ways it reminds me of "It's My Life" by Talk Talk.
Great work
Ah yes, great dance rmx. The treatment of the vocals is really awesome. And it's beautifully balanced too!
Beautiful soundscape, vey well done!
Brilliant!
Very, very nice. Beautiful minimalistic take on this song. I love the way you have "dismatled" the original track.
Excellent! Very original approach with many nice ideas running in the background. Beautiful horses!

Is it you on the vocals?
Love it much, much more than the original!
I'd like to have the half of your creativity
.
Great, great version. Agree with Susy, probably one of your best mixes.
Very original approach! Great atmosphere with guitar, bass, horns and pads. The only downside for me is the sound of the drums (especially the kick), a bit too dry i.m.h.o. But it's still a beautiful version. Thanks for sharing it
Thanks everyone for stopping by and commenting this mix.
@AndreasF - nice surprise to see you up here again!
And you're right: I was inspired by David Lanois (one of my favorite artists), well-known as a producer but a great musician too.
Nice, very enjoyable to listen to. Beautiful strings.

Bravo!
Like this. Minimalistic approach with a nice use of the files from the sample-pack: a real remix I'd say.
Thanks for sharing and welcome to the site!
The sound is quite good and well balanced but there's something out of time in the groove i.m.o. Hope you can correct this and re-upload this mix again. In the meanwhile I give you four stars

Nice version, very powerful and well executed. Great guitars and drums. I have just some little reservations about the vocals, maybe because I used to listen to them in their original flow and pitch.
Anyway, great work and thanks for sharing
I have to say that I love this one much more than the original. The added instruments take the song to a new direction, more energetic and powerful. Great guitars and drums but the overall sound is really beutiful.
^^^^^
Really funny! Didn't know they played Rock and Roll even in the 18th century
.
Great vocal treatment and nice production.
I'm not a big fun of synthetizers based music but this is so well done!
Great atmosphere and groove. And it's beautifully balanced too
Please, let me know who dissuaded you from uploading this mix earlier; i know some good doctors here in Italy
.
Agree with Colab, outstanding track. I particularly love the last section. Btw, what's the instrument that sounds like a Fairlight starting at around 3:30?
Looks like a war film soundtrack by Ennio Morricone
. Very imaginative remix, the harmonies running in the background are quite good and contrast with the shots and bombardments with nice effect.
Nice and optimistic ending!
Nice soundscape. Like the instruments, especially guitar and percussion. For me the only small downside is the lack of some variations in the chord progression.
Very well done though and welcome to the site!
Ok, new software and new piano samples but it's the same old great atmosphere
. To be honest the harmonies you created here sound a bit strange to my "conventional" ears but the overall sound is great, so delicate and relaxing as youyou already said.
Wow! Great musical performance. Was there Donald Fagen playing in your studio?
Very unusual and interesting approach to this track. Nice use of the wide stereo field as Oxxo already said but, as a paradox, it sounds to me a bit claustrophobic. Great sound
Great arrangement, it would have been even better as an instrumental track because at times the vocals don't fit perfectly i.m.h.o.
Once again very nice sax!

Very tasteful version. The guitar/mandolin works great!
Nice version. I know that those vocals are hard to manipulate but you did it well. For me the sound is a bit too "busy" at times but it's still a fine take on this track.
Congrats to you and your friends!
![:-]](smilies/embarrased.gif)
P.S.Go on with that sax, it works great!
Very enjoyable version. The new instruments work great!
Thanks to everyone for stopping by and commenting this one. Really unexpected for a very "easy-listening" track like this.
@Scarborough. Thanks for your kind words. I didn't pitch the lead vocals to fit in the chord progression I chose, except for one single note (at 0:47). I simply added some pitched backing vocals here and there to create some nice effects.
Agree with Colab, nice reworking of a great remix in itself.
Although I'm not an expert in dance tracks I like what you've done here. The groove is really powerful and also the "out of sync" vocals work nicely to me. Both floating and obsessive. My only minor issue is that the break in the middle is a bit too long.
Anyway, nice work. It actually deserves a higher rating than the one you've got.

BTW. I read the thread you started in the forum. Don't want to go into the merits of that question but what do you think about a more constructive attitude in your comments?
Cheers
max
I think this works much better than your previous version. Nice contrast between Sevara's angelic voice and the "industrial" groove.
Keep up the great work
I love this. The drums and sub bass create a sort of Massive Attack's mood and that's a compliment. A small perplexity about the vocals which sound to me a little disturbing but probably this is just what you wanted to.
Anyway great version and thanks for sharing
Very enjoyable version, nice use of space as Colab already said. Reminds me of some J.M. Jarre stuff.
Great version, so rich and tricky!
A hot pick for me.
5*
How could I missed this one? Great guitar playing, wonderful chords. Really an impressive remix.
Sorry for being late and thanks for your comment
Excellent dub remix!
Totally agree with the comments above; the harmonies running in the background are stunning, the slowed vocals a little disturbing. I think this would be a masterpiece with the vocals in their original tune
Love this. You have a great skill in finding out those haunting piano lines. Melancholic rather than sad to me.
Love the way you tried to merge such different music styles. Personally I prefer the "undertow" part; it makes me think of some disturbing "industrial" thing with great effect.
Wonderful. I like the way you worked with the vox to make it fit well. Great bass.
Yes, the groove really works. The section starting at 2:00 or so is my fav.
The intro is a trap, you can't escape from it until the end of the song!
. The obsessive groove really works. Keep up the nice work!
The idea to take "Teen Town" as a reference was really dangerous. But you did it so well
. The bass lines are beautiful as well as the overall sound.
Well done Jaco, (oops) Paul!
Very enjoyable. The guitar solo works great.
For me the bass is not out of tune, maybe just a bit too loud at times.
Thanks for sharing
Very original take on this track. It makes me think of a cold, "frozen" night indeed!
. Love the organ, pads and the vocal treatment.
The groove is terrific, so sensual. Makes me think of Sevara dancing like Beyonce or Shakira.
Excellent production, enjoyable and "delicate"
. The groove and the new harmonies work great.
Very beautiful staff Johndec, the rhythmic part is really stunning. Agree with the comments above about the vocals but it's still a great remix!
P.S. We share almost the same story; I started about ten months ago and I'm 43 now. It's never too late indeed!
Great production, unusual but so clever and rich of beautiful details. For me also the slowed vox works great!
Great remix, very energetic and interesting. Beautiful instruments, especially the ones you played "live"
The break at 2:23 is really stunning.
Congrats and welcome to the site, hope you'll keep it coming!
Like this a lot. Beautiful sax and percussion and the vocals treatment is really fantastic.
Keep it coming!
Thank you all for taking the time to comment this and for the stars you left.
I love this place!
oops, I meant Natalie Imbruglia!
Great production, very professional and skillfull played. The chord progression reminds me of "Torn" by Kylie Minogue. No critic, just a compliment for your nice work
Ah yes, this is really brilliant. I'm impressed with all those instruments, sounds and noises so accurately chosen. And yes, the 2:40 section is great but the overall track is beautiful from the beginning to the end!
Complimenti!
Curious how we chose almost the same groove for our remixes. Love the atmosphere you created here, both sweet and hypnotic.Great work
Full score for me
Love this. You made a tasteful use of the files from the sample pack. Close to the original but that is probably what a remix should be. And it's very well balanced.

*****
Nice first approach Colab, respectful yet beautifully interpretated with your personal style. Agree with you about the sample pack; it's really nice. The only weak point is that the files are all already processed (reverb, compression etc.). Ok, we can't have everything!
Totally agree with Joe. I love the way you brought forward the vocals in comparison with the original track. Very well balanced also.
A dark, disturbing, beautiful work my friend!
I was a fan of that TV series as well.
Very professional and skillfull work here, beautifully balanced. And a great intro.
^^^^^
Congratulations for such musical performance! Love the new harmonies and the sounds as well. However I agree with the comments above about the vocals; I suggest to RWR to put Chris and Eliza at your disposal for singing the song again!
^^^^^
Is it really you Joe? Really surprising (in a positive way I mean
). Enjoyable and uplifting, great sounds.
^^^^^
It's unbelievable how this track can be interpretated in so many different styles. And you did it so well!
Really amazing! There are so many ideas inside you could do 3 or 4 remixes at least.
Nice (and crazy) ending!
*****
Quite impressive. Love all those sounds and noises running in the background.
Very inspiring also
Ciao Andreas,
I feel very saddened.
I obviously respect your decision but let me try to tell you something.
First of all I think you did not cheat anyone with you remix; I use prefab loops as well and also true musician do the same thing. Have you ever said that you played all the parts by yourself maybe? So, don't worry about that.
Moreover, I realize that you have troubles working on chords and harmonies. Perhaps you can work more with the rhythmic part or make a larger use of the samplepacks. However, in spite of all that I have to say that your remixes are not bad at all (last one included).
As redards the fact that this site has got too much influence on you; well, I think you need just a little break!
So, Andreas I hope that this is not a definitive decision. I really hope to see you soon.

Best wishes.
Massimo
Thank you all again for taking the time to listen and comment this one.
Just a little clarification: the flute solo is not played by me. It's an Apple Loop, I forgot to mention this in the Remixer Note section.
Thank you all for these kind comments. I had a lot of fun making this one. It was also a way to explore a musical style (just apparently easy as Susy said) that I don't know so much.
Just a little "technical" information for Joe and HaveMercy: the Greco di Tufo is a great italian white wine. It come from Irpinia (not far from Naples) and goes very well with fish dishes. Oh, I would have liked to be a sommelier!
It's unbelievable how you can switch from one genre to another so effortlessly. Beautiful sounds (especially guitar and double bass) and a great remix all around!
Something else from your hard drive cleaning?
I think it's better to undo the seat belt so that we can float for the zero gravity!
Very nicely done Susy. Love the percussion's sound.
Very nice one, respectful with some interesting additions. A remix in the strict sense at the end!
Congrats for your first job here Dany
What a nice version guys! Love that lazy jazz feel; red wine effect maybe?
Congrats to all three.
^^^^^
Majestic remix! I particularly like the way you switched from the original instruments of the package to the new ones. Nice ending.
5*
Wow, a ballad! Totally unexpected from you (you know, after "Smile"!). I really like what you did here Andreas; this song has a very delicate and soft atmosphere. I particularly like the chords and the piano lines at the end of the song: great effect!
Very well done my friend!
^^^^^
Great musical sensitivity. Love the change at 1:42.
Simply an amazing remix!
^^^^^
max
Spectacular version! Not exactly my cup of coffee but it shows a great talent. Congratulations also for the big work behind this.
^^^^^
max
Love it! Reminds me of Devo's stuff or some other band of the 80's. Nice (and crazy) ending!
P.S. About your first love: did you stand under the window too?
Great ambience, one of the best remixes of yours for me. I particularly like the way you fit in the guitar arpeggio from the sample pack.
Top score!
Beautiful version, really a great production!
^^^^^
It's the same old story: the Beatles at nr.1
Clever and enjoyable, very well done Sir!
Great remix. I really appreciate the fact that you played all those instruments.
Very well done!
5*
Ooh, a really fat sound here! And a great groove!
A very enjoyable work here, loaded with beautiful elements.
P.S. A little notice for your commenters: there is no competition running for this remix!
Cheers.
Wow! Great tune. It reveals a nice musical sensitivity; I feel a bit envious about that Rhodes playin!![:-]](smilies/embarrased.gif)
^^^^^
Simply beautiful!
^^^^^
Love the dark atmosphere of this remix! Great guitar and bass lines.
^^^^^
Stunning version! Love the chord progression, guitar, drums. A great remix all around!
^^^^^
Great mood, both relaxing and obsessive.
America of the 50's and old England of the 18th century., I can't imagine two worlds more distant than those
. But I love the opposites and your work is funny and brilliant as usual!
^^^^^
It reminds me of 80's pop-rock bands.
Nice work!
Very well done and a nice crystal sound!
A well deserved prize dear Multiwinner!
Very, very nice. I like also the treatment of the vocals (reverberation included).
Keep up the great work!
*****
I like it! Nice mood, enjoyable harmonies, tasteful guitars and pads. Maybe the part starting at 3:00 is a little unrelated with the rest but that's just my personal opinion.
Very well done though, and welcome to the site!
Wow, wonderful floating atmosphere, great ambiance and Axe's vox is a nice surprise. Not just synths, I can clearly hear a tasteful guitar underneath the surface!

^^^^^
Totally agree with Doghouse Riley, ol pal!
Nice groove, wonderful atmosphere.
A wave of freshness on my skin.
^^^^^
Sometimes I find dance remixes repetitive and monotonous; this is not your case. This one is very intriguing, loaded with nice elements, interesting from the beginning to the end.
Very well done!
oops! I mean "taste".
I really appreciate the fact that you used only the sample pack; it shows a great skill in sounds manipulation (that I would like to have!).
Very nice work with a sort of melancholic tast at times.
5*
Nice work, not exactly my cup of tea but very well produced and arranged with funny and enjoyable ideas (the "children" choir in particular).
Another great, funny mix! Not to mention the usual musical/technical skill.
5 Woofs!
So enjoyable and also a nice idea to develop!
Like it a lot. It's like a trip into another world.
Very nice, interesting and well produced too.
It's the first time that I feel sad commenting on a remix. Thanks for your kind words and for sharing another great remix.
The best of luck, hope you'll be back soon!
Thank you all for such nice comments. I had many doubts about uploading that mix as I considered it too much pitiful and "commercial", but now I feel satisfied with my work!
@The_Joe; Ok, I can imagine Zucchero(
) or Eros Ramazzotti(
) singing this song but I think that Peter and Angelique are much better!lol
. Thanks for your nice words!
I like it, especially the part starting at 0:53.
Nice atmosphere with well placed effects. For me the only downside is that the overall remix is a little bit dispersive.
Anyway very well done and congratulations to Tommaso and Francesco for the vocal performance!![:-]](smilies/embarrased.gif)
^^^^
Oops, I mean 4 plus 1 = 5
Very, very nice. Beautiful chords and the added instruments (guitar, in particular) work perfectly.
4 1 as this is your first remix.
I watched "Water" some months ago and this remix reflects perfectly the atmosphere of that film.
Wonderful instruments, great performance!
^^^^^
Powerful, hypnotic, aggressive groove.
Like it a lot.
Very well done.
Funk/Rock Salala!!!
^^^^^
Terrific guitar work!!
Ok, the vocals sometimes look unrelated with the music but the overall sound is very nice.
Thanx for sharing it.

^^^^^
Great groove! Nice treatment of the vocals ("in this place" choir is really amazing).
I would like to give you 10 to neutralize some 0 but I can't
^^^^^
Yes, our remixes are rapidly decreasing. There are strange people round here!
Anyway, congratulations again for such nice song; I have to listen to it once a day at least! Cant wait for your next original stuff
Totally agree with essesq.
Really impressive soundscape. Congratulations to all three!
^^^^^
Cahotic, visionary, hypnotic, full of crazy ideas.
In one word: wonderful!
^^^^^
Very nice, totally agree with Synthetic1. Congratulations also for the sound quality!
5*
Love this remix. Wonderful floating atmosphere with piano, synth and guitar merged in a beautiful way.
^^^^^
Crazy remix but absolutely wonderful!!!
I love the sound too. The piano lines starting at 1:34 are really amazing!
Totally agree with the comments above.
To be honest I didn't understand much about Vemod but I like it a lot!!!
^^^^^
Great energy!!!
Tasteful remix, wonderful atmosphere!
Congratulations also for your improvements in sound engineering
(just the volume is a little bit too low maybe).
Nice work
Great job,
love the way you mixed the sounds from the sample pack
with the added instruments (rhodes in particular).
Beautiful arrangement, it reminds me of 70's dance music
*****
You don't have half measures ol Doghouse; sometimes you make us laugh, sometimes you make us cry!
Very touching version, like it a lot.
^^^^^
Great job, nice atmosphere, wonderful background noises and yes, the part starting at 3:00 is really clever.

*****
Totally agree with rustyjam.
Great treatment of the vocals.
Nice atmosphere, sweet and melancholic at the same time.
Like it a lot!
Just curious: what's the instrument starting at 00:19(guitar, sitar)?
Great feel on this one, very nice guitar playing with wonderful effects.
Ok, the introduction is not so original but fit perfectly on this mix; you know, I live on the adriatic coast too![:-]](smilies/embarrased.gif)
^^^^^
Great performance Sammlung!
The instruments you choose fit perfectly in this African atmosphere. Maybe there good be a bit more variations on the drums and on the bass lines but that's just my personal taste.
Anyway, very well done
5 from me
Agree with the comments above.
4 for the remix plus one for the guitar (I have a telecaster as well)
Excellent!
Smooth remix with nice changes in rhythms and atmospheres, great production.

*****
It would be perfect for a soundtrack.
Great performance!!
^^^^^
The funniest thing I ever listened to here at RWR.
5 for the production, 500 for the humour.

The Clothes Armani
Killer groove! Well done Sonny Crockett
Love it, so sweet and delicate.
Not to mention the usual great sound quality.

Very nice, it sounds good in my cheap headphones!
Agree with colab about the guitar.
'Intimate' is a very well chosen title; it reflects perfectly the atmosphere you created.
Nice piano mood and wonderful chords.

I really like what you did with the vocals.
Outstanding remix!
*****
Absolutely wonderful!
5/5
Very well done!
Soft and relaxing, less hypnotic in comparison with your previous works, but equally nice.

^^^^^
Like it a lot!
Great piece of music, especially the second part; it seems to be back to 'selling England by the pound'.
A little detail; the piano and the drums are a little bit too loud, especially on the end (or maybe my headphones are too cheap!).
Anyway, great, great stuff, you're a very talented musician!
Excellent!
Totally agree with sammlung about the rhythm.
Straight to my comp chart
Really nice, funny and original!
As Ven said, it reminds me of chinese traditional music also.

I like the atmosphere, so delicate and melancholic.
The harmonies are beautiful but sometimes the vocals don't fit perfectly.
Anyway, very well done (and nice mixing)
Oops, I,ve forgotten something: 5 stars!
High class remix!!
Nice guitar playing and wonderful harmonies.
5 stars, of course.
P.S. the final part is truncated or is it just your choise?
Awesome groove!
Nice treatment of the vocals and wonderful ideas in general.
Andreas, you're growing up!!!
Agree with BS.
I like it very much, especially the first part.
^^^^^
Don't know why you're so negative! I like the new harmonies and the vocals fit very well.
Nice one
Your style is unmistakable and that's a compliment!
Nice floating remix.
*****
Wow, wonderful remix!
It's so rich, with lots of noises, nice chords and the rhythmic part is absolutely terrific.
Multiman, you did it again!

P.S. Is the sample at 2:38 taken from "the rhythm of the heat" intro?
Like it! Nice elements and a clear crystal sound.
Well done
Great arrangement.
I like also the contrast between music and lyrics.
For me a hotpick!
5/5
P.S. please, send me a postcard from Germaica!
That's what I call team spirit!
So different styles but they are merged in a beautiful way.
Great project
Really exciting!!!
5/5
This is what a remix should be: respectful and far from the original at the same time.
For me the best one so far.
Wonderful.
Thukol, you are not that kind of parent!
I like the idea behind the song, the originality, the sensitivity.
5 and even more
A nice story inside a beautiful remix!
All the effects, sounds, noises are loaded in a very accurate way. Amazing!*****
Great remix, the piano groove even more.
Irresistible!
*****
I'm agree with BS.
Love the new rhythmic part and the chords you choose especially on the end.
5/5
A Genius!!!!
Tasteful, smooth, relaxing remix!

Great production, as usual.
Thanks for sharing your "Secret World"!

I think this is really GREAT! Nice chords progression, beautiful sounds, great performance; a real masterpiece!
5 /5
Very, very nice. To be listened to with eyes closed.
Five deserved stars
Listening to remixes like this I feel a little
discouraged 'cos I realize how much I have to learn.
Great production, great sound manipulation, lot of fun. 5/5
P.S. Do you give private lessons?
Like it a lot. Melancholic and hypnotic at the same time.
5 stars!
Go on making mistakes!
Congratulations, really a great piece of music.
Very impressive remix. I think that even Manhattan Transfer couldn't do it better!
Five
Love it. The chords you chose give the song a sort of melancholic taste.
Very, very nice.
Five stars remix.
Someone above said that it reminds of russian music, someone else talked about spaghetti western.
I only know that the best things are hard to define.
Really great stuff!
5/5
Wow, how do you get this sound?
Funny and glittering remix.
5/5
I didn't know that even in a monastery they made remixes!
Great originality and big improvement from your previous works.
Very well done. 4/5
It's unbelievable how you've transformed an awful song into a delicate and introspective one. Very nice piano. Great stuff
Not "Passion" but "Us" album. It's a traditional armenian flute called doudouk.
PG influences are anywhere indeed.
Thanks for your nice comments. It's a great pleasure to share music with you.
To AndreasF - Thanks mate for your kind words since my
first remix. I'm waiting for your next
tune.
To Scarborough - I just played all the parts
(including the drums) on my MIDI
keyboard (excluding the guitar).
Tom Tom Club are back!
Irresistible groove : I can't stop tapping my fingers on the table.
5/5
P.S. Who is Mr. Needlebalm?
Very smooth remix, nice chords and atmosphere.
Only a small detail : PG voice seems out of tune (as the original in the sample pack is). In Italy we say "calante". For the next remix I suggest you to pitch up it a little.
Ezraka, I don't disregard your comments at all.
I started using music software (sequencers, audio editing etc.) just three months ago, because of this site. Any suggestion is very well accepted!
Thanks.
Even better than the real thing!*****
It reminds me of Wim Wender's "until the end of the world".
Very cerebral stuff. Wonderful.
Ciao Havemercy.
Very nice idea behind your remix. Love the contrast between lyrics and the sweet atmosphere of the musical box.
Congratulations to Zeno for his "vocals"(isn'he lovely?)
Great musical performance!
Great sound quality!
4 stars from me!
Thanks HaveMercy.
I,m not satisfied with the drums sound too.
Have you any suggestions about a good program not too hard to use? (I'm a newbe).
Maybe I'm a bad boy but not a lier. This is really my first remix.
With Love!

Thank you for the nice comments
@Andreas: actually I started again to make some music after having watched the italian team in South Africa
P.S. I muxed this track into the original video. You can watch it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CW2TjnqT-Y
