Laid back version for myself. Which is what I need at the moment. Some people perk up some people go to sleep. I don't know. It's the end of the day and a time change here in this land and I feel like hibernating!

This version is very,very laid back so I was kind of surprised by her comment - I know it was Sevara's sensuous voice that "perked" him up

Very original approach! Great atmosphere with guitar, bass, horns and pads. The only downside for me is the sound of the drums (especially the kick), a bit too dry i.m.h.o. But it's still a beautiful version. Thanks for sharing it
Well, technical issues aside - and you know what they are because you clearly did some work to adjust to the tempo in specific places - it's a great musical piece.
Personally, I can't get past the vocal parts that are out of sync. If you had finished the vocal cutting/splicing/syncing I think this would have been a stunning track, because the instrumentals/rhythms are just excellent.
I like the mood i would have liked a full drop back possibly pre the build big brass build.
Love the `Oooo' sections. But overall a great effort

Perfect bass I love that sound very good restraint you give the horns just enough I think I could have more of the vocal tracks But thats just cus. I think I like this one and Im hopping you will do something with a little punch to it but smooth is good!

I have to relay this little story - I sent out an e-mail this morning to a couple of freinds letting them know that this mix was up and to come listen. One of our freinds (Cindy) just called me and told me " Thanks a lot" kind of sarcastically. Her husband (another good freind Mark) just got back from his 3rd tour in Iraq on Monday - She has'nt gotten much sleep ;) - She said they were listening to this just lying around - CALMLY - She said when Mark heard this - His "energy" perked up again
